If your pet isn’t head over tails in love with their new toy or accessory, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. We want to make sure it fits perfectly into your pet's lifestyle (and their chew toy collection!).

2. Pet-Friendly Conditions

To ensure we keep our craftsmanship intact, items must be returned in like-new condition—this means no excessive slobber, chew marks, or signs of extensive playtime! If your pet has claimed it as their own, we might not be able to take it back.

3. Proof of Purchase

Please include your order confirmation or receipt with the return. If it's misplaced, no worries! Just reach out to us, and we'll help track it down.

4. Process

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Your pet may not understand; it is part of the deal.

6. Gifted Items
